ENTRAS was founded by Jeroen and Frank in October 2016. Our goal was to drive the energy transition in the industrial sector, as we observed limited initiatives in this regard. Today, we take pride in being a prominent player in the heart of the energy transition. Our core business encompasses energy asset development, hydrogen projects, storage solutions, power-to-molecules, flexibility algorithms, and industrial process optimisation.

We combine specific digital models of most energy assets with best-in-class algorithms to create operational tools for the energy intensive industry: optimisation as a service.
Being at the front means that we also do quite some research, currently we take part in three research projects with Belgian and Dutch universities and industry.
